# New RTO Hits The Ground Sprinting

### First Aid Training Provider

As a new business and Registered Training Organisation, the client faced the challenge of setting up all business and management systems. The new RTO required a system that allowed business to move forward through rapid and efficient reporting to government bodies.

It was imperative to get things set up straight away and provide this small business with flexibility, cost effectiveness and reduce the heavy administration load.

**Challenges**

- Business-owner unfamiliar with TMS operations
- Need for cost effectiveness
- Required the flexibility to work from anywhere at any time
- Needed tools to assist rapid growth in order to support operations
- System needed to meet auditor's assessment requirements
- Required eLearning environment as well as a Training Management System
- System had to incorporate everything in one, especially within administration
- Required outstanding support from a company that understands the needs of a new RTO
